Coated Rubber Crumb (CRC) branded as Tensoflex , It is manufactured by treating Crumb Rubber with proprietary mix of chemicals replaces virgin rubber compound.
It is made from selected used truck & bus tyres. These selected used tires are then powdered and then further treated with a patented re-agent through an eco-friendly process.
Tensoflex can be used as a part of any rubber compound or as a stand-alone raw material to produce high quality finished Products. It is not used as a filler and can be replaced fully by Virgin polymer to achieve a tensile of up to 10 MPA.
Tensoflex to be added into the compound during mastication stage for best results.
